Your contractor usually includes general cleaning after the renovation. But it will not nearly be in move-in condition. There will be dust, unseen gunk, dried cement and water marks left behind. These are not easy to remove with regular cleaning solutions. Depending on the scale of the renovation, cleaning up to make it home-worthy can be a humongous task.

Our Post-Renovation Home Cleaning Process
- Inspection – Check for hard to clean areas and surfaces, dried cement, leftover nails and dangerous material, contamination by leftover glue and chemicals
- Initial dry cleaning process:
- Thorough sweeping of internal areas and balconies (if present)
- High-powered vacuuming to remove dust and dirt from all surfaces including open shelves, walls, windows, flooring and ceiling fans, and lights (except chandeliers and lights with sensitive materials)
- Wet cleaning process
- Wipe all surfaces with cleaning solution including cabinets, shelves, sinks, mirrors, windows, door knobs, built-in hobs, hoods, ovens, etc
- Mop all floors with special cleaning fluid
- For areas that require deep cleaning, scraping tools and strong cleaning solutions will be used
- Disinfection – all surfaces are wiped again with NEA approved disinfectant to remove germs and bacteria. Special attention will be given to bedrooms to create a safe, clean and germ-free environment for the whole family.

- Anti-Microbial Coating – We will spray Nanoshield™ anti-microbial coating on high touch point surfaces. This kills and prevents pathogens, bacteria and viruses from accumulating on these surfaces. This protection lasts 6 months.
- Anti-Mould Treatment – We will treat areas that are susceptible to fungus and mould like toilets and kitchens. This prevents mould from forming for a period of 6 months.
- Carpet Steam Cleaning – Our industrial-grade steam cleaning machine generates steam at 165°C that instantly kills germs, dust mites and allergens.
- Sofa Steam Cleaning – Our 2-step process employs a heavy duty 2-in-1 wet extraction machine to apply sofa shampoo and disinfectant followed by high power extraction to remove dirt and grime from your sofa. This is followed by high temperature steaming that kills dust mites, germs and removes body oils.
