Cleaning is tough. We know. Especially when you have to do it day in day out, week in week out. Your time is better spent doing more meaningful things like quality time with your family or working on your business.

Before We Start

We will first do a thorough inspection and inform you of areas and surfaces that for various reasons cannot be cleaned. Obvious damages to furniture, lights or any fixtures will also be highlighted. This is in the interest of all parties to prevent disputes at handover.

We Clean. You Relax.

Depending on the size of your dwelling, a typical cleaning session involves a 2 to 6 men crew, and between 3 to 6 hours. You may stay in the house while we carry out the cleaning or you may leave your place in our good hands while you relax or work on your important stuff.

A supervisor will inspect the completed job and hand over the cleaned premises to you. If you find some areas not cleaned to your satisfaction we will gladly clean those areas again. That is our service guarantee.

LIVING ROOMS & BEDROOMS
Wipe down all accessible surfaces and clear all bins and trash
Vacuum and mop floors
Clean cupboards, shelves, chairs and table tops
Clean and polish all mirrors
Clean window grills and internal window glass panes
Clean doors, door frames and knobs
Clean wall lights, ceiling lights (excluding chandeliers and delicate lighting), ceiling fans (if any)

KITCHEN
Vacuum, mop and deep clean kitchen floors using NEA approved cleaning solutions
Clean and polish basin and taps
Clean external surfaces of kitchen cabinets
Clean window grills and internal window glass panes
Clean kitchen wall tiles
Clean, wash and de-grease cooker hood, hob, metal filters and cooker hob parts
Clean external surfaces of fridge, oven, microwave, washer and dryer

BATHROOMS
Clean and scrub bathroom wall tiles
Clean and polish basin, shower heads and taps
Clean and scrub toilet bowls, bathtubs, shower glass and floor
Clean and polish all mirrors
Clean doors, door frames and knobs
Clean windows (if any)

OPTIONAL ADD-ON SERVICES
1. Anti-Microbial Coating – We will spray Nanoshield™ anti-microbial coating on high touch point surfaces. This kills and prevents pathogens, bacteria and viruses from accumulating on these surfaces. This protection lasts 6 months.
2. Anti-Mould Treatment – We will treat areas that are susceptible to fungus and mould like toilets and kitchens. This prevents mould from forming for a period of 6 months.

Equipment We Use

Powerful wet and dry vacuum cleaner with effective air cleaning technology to remove dust and water. Comes with high dust capacity with water discharge valve and blower function.

Our high pressure steam extraction machine produces steam pressure up to 5 bars at 130°C. It combines steam cleaning and detergent spraying functions to disinfect fabric surfaces upon contact.

High pressure jet washer to remove stubborn stains. Safe and approved chemicals are used together with this washer to remove limescale and rust stains.

Powerful industrial grade scrubber-cum-drier for fast and efficient deep cleaning of large floor areas.

Semi-automated window cleaner cleans windows effectively and efficiently.

Post Renovation Cleaning: 27th June 2024Was greeted politely by the helpers from Govico. We had a very horrible experience with the cleaning done at the end. Was told by the lady boss/customer service lady that there'll be steam cleaning hence the high cost. When I was contacted after lunch for inspection by the helpers, I asked them regarding the steam cleaning, they said been done and machine was taken away by their supervisor (in actual fact after checking, the machine wasn't even brought along for cleaning). Most of the cabinets/living room shelves were not clean at all and was still dusty from the renovation works.The lady boss did contacted me for touch up on another occasion but I declined as I felt charging me for $600 was crazy for the kind of cleaning provided. I would not recommend their services.
